Refund Policy for ENBAQ LLC

Thank you for choosing ENBAQ LLC (enbaq.com and mdevotional.com). Due to the nature of custom digital development and digital content subscriptions, our refund guidelines are outlined below.
1. Refund Eligibility
- Custom Software & API Services (enbaq.com): Refunds are available only for services that have not yet been initiated or processed. Because our development process involves immediate resource allocation, once a project or order has started, refunds cannot be issued.
- Membership Packages (mdevotional.com): Membership fees for premium content are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started and digital content has been accessed. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing.
- Trial Orders: Any services or memberships offered on a paid trial basis are strictly non-refundable.
2. Refund Request Process To request a refund for a service that has not yet begun, you must submit a cancellation request immediately:
- Log in to your account and navigate to the Orders or Billing page.
- Locate the specific order/subscription you wish to cancel.
- Click on the "Cancel Order" or "Cancel Subscription" option.
- Complete the cancellation form, providing any necessary details. Our support team will review your request and respond within 3 to 5 business days.
3. Refund Processing If your refund request is approved (e.g., for an uninitiated development project), the refund will be processed using your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider (Stripe, PayPal, etc.), it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
4. Exceptions and Non-Refundable Items
- We will not issue refunds for any portion of a development service that has been completed, delivered, or deployed.
- We do not issue refunds for third-party API costs or server expenses incurred during your project.
- Partial refunds are not provided for unused time in an active mdevotional.com membership billing cycle.
